Who are edde Ltd?

edde Ltd work with schools in the UK. We collect / manage parental contributions from parents. The monies you have paid to eazy collect will be for a mobile learning device your child is using at their school.

Who are eazy collect?

eazy collect are a third-party company edde uses to collect and process direct debits. edde have been working with eazy collect for a number of years and are happy to recommend them to the school clients we work with. For more information, you can visit their website at www.eazycollect.co.uk.

Where does the money go to?

You have paid money via direct debit to eazy collect. This money is automatically transferred directly from eazy collect to the school your child / children go to on a monthly basis.

Am I protected by the direct debit guarantee?

Yes, you are.

Can I stop the direct debit?

Yes, but please note…

Your direct debit is for a contribution to help fund mobile learning technology in your child’s classroom. There is not legal contract stipulating you have you pay these monies. However, your school will lose out and may have to ask for the device back from your child. Please can we ask, that if you would like to terminate or change the direct debit, please call us or your school first.

Are my bank details safe?

Yes. When you signed up, our portal took you through directly to the eazy collect system where details are saved in a secure location. Edde do not hold your bank details.

I cannot afford the direct debit?

edde and your school respect that circumstances can sometimes change. If this is the case and you can no longer afford to pay the direct debit amount, please call us directly. We potentially can change the figure or offer a holiday period. Should you wish, you can call your child’s school directly as well.

How much have eazy collect collected and how much is left to pay?

Please call edde, we will be more than happy to tell you. Also, you have direct access to our online portal. This will tell you exactly what you have signed up for, the monthly contribution amount and duration. If you cannot remember your login details, again, please call us on 01494 611 465.
